A Fresh Start

Rock bottom. That place no woman wants to find herself but at the age of 43 I did.

It’s not pretty but it’s my truth.

Years of neglect to my mind and spirit had finally caught up with me. I was ready for a fresh start.

It was time to rise from the ashes and experience a God led life renovation.

And from those ashes I discovered my assignment which is helping women experience their own fresh start.

Most of my clients haven’t hit rock bottom.

They’re simply women who are ready to take self care to a five star level, beyond the mani/pedi (and those are two beautiful forms of self care I indulge in and recommend you do as well) to the nurturing of their mind.

Paul informs us that before we can be transformed we must be renewed in our minds. It’s from our minds that we design our lives.

He gives us a choice. Conform or transform. Rom. 12:2

As you’re spring cleaning your home, freshening your wardrobe, adding a fresh coat of paint, cleaning closets and replacing the worn or tossing the unnecessary, include your internal environment in that process.

Sometimes it’s not just our external worlds that need a fresh start, a deep cleaning or complete renovation but our mental spaces as well.

Thankfully you don’t have to pursue this process alone.

God stands ready to help.

He promises to “ give this city a thorough renovation, working a true healing inside and out. I’m going to show them life whole, life brimming with blessings. I’ll restore everything that was lost. . . I’ll build everything back as good as new . . . the time is coming when you’re going to hear laughter and celebration. . . I’ll make everything as good as new.” Jer 33:6 – 11 MSG

Are you ready to start fresh?

It’s easy. It’s possible. It’s promised.

Where do you want to experience a renovation? In your health, your surroundings, your mindset?

Let’s get started!
